The Watson Gym are a Frome based GYM who were looking for an agency to develop the foundations needed to expand across Somerset. The overall aim of the company is to improve their services and to increase brand awareness.

We proposed a communications strategy to increase the profile of The Watson Gym across the county. In order to maintain a consistent level of communication with existing members, we asked for feedback from existing members which allowed the company to identify which services were most valued and what existing members wanted to improve, allowing services for new members to be better.

We also assisted the company in utilising their existing networks by suggesting the directors to agree on a plan to infiltrate these networks. We then introduced a recruitment campaign with the aim to expand their networks externally to ensure new roles can be filled.
