Wimbledon Art Fair

The Wimbledon Art Fair is an established exhibition hosted by Wimbledon Art Studios which provides exclusive behind-the-scenes opportunities to meet and learn about over 150 of the most talented artists, designers and makers of London. It is a not-for-profit organisation taking place over a 4-day period, twice a year.

 

We were approached by Wonder Associates to create a communications strategy for the event in May. In order to ensure successful preview coverage, we targeted a mixture of local, regional and national outlets. Local media and bloggers were invited along to the launch night, which was hosted by Kate Bryan (Sky Arts and Soho House), resulting in interviews, media call opportunities and an increased social media reach across various platforms.

 

The campaign proved to be successful with 13.4k estimated online coverage views and an online readership of over 2.3 million. As a result of this success, we have since been asked to implement another communications strategy for the second event taking place in November 2018.
